Non-Active Super forms

Notice of intent to claim or vary a deduction for personal super contributions

You may be able to claim a tax deduction for your personal super contributions. When you complete your tax return, the deduction reduces your taxable income and the amount of tax you need to pay.

You will need to notify us of your intention to claim a tax deduction by completing the Notice of intent to claim or vary a deduction for personal super contributions form.
