To keep your super with us, you just need to do one of the following before 12 April

Make a contribution to your Active Super account
You can ask your employer to contribute your super to us (use this form), log into member online and find your BPAY© details to make a personal contribution or combine any other super you have.
Write to tell us you’re staying
Reply to this email with this completed form to let us know you want your super to stay with us.
Click to change your insurance
Log into Member Online to make a change.
Make or amend a binding nomination
Nominate who your super would go to in the event that something happens to you. Post us a signed and witnessed Binding death benefit nomination form.
