2021 

  • Awarded a ‘6 Star Green Star – Performance’ rating from the Green Building Council of Australia representing ‘World Leadership’ in building operations. The first diversified portfolio in Australia to receive this certification.  

  • Certified carbon neutral by Climate Active for the third consecutive year. This Australian Government-awarded honour is for all seven NABERS-rated buildings in the fund’s portfolio.  

  • No.1 ranking in the NABERS Sustainable Portfolios Index with the best performing shopping centre portfolio in NABERS’ Energy and Water category, and the only retail portfolio to be certified carbon neutral.


2020 

  • The Direct Property Portfolio is Climate Bond Certified by the internationally recognised Climate Bonds Initiative. This means our properties perform in the top 15% of buildings in the market in terms of their emissions intensity. 


2019 

  • The first NABERS-rated property portfolio to achieve carbon neutral certification in accordance with the Climate Active Carbon Neutral Standard for Buildings.
