This page has been prepared by Active Super (referred to in this page as ‘Active Super’, ‘we’ ‘us’ or ‘our’) and it provides certain information for people selecting to join (or nominate) their Active Super account via Flare HR’s employee onboarding platform.

You'll need to consider all the information contained in this document along with the Product Disclosure Statement (which contains information on fees, performance, insurance options and other features) and Target Market Determination before making any decisions. The information in these documents is general information only, so it does not take into account your personal objectives, situation or needs. You should consider the appropriateness of the advice having regard to those matters.

1. Platform Agreement

Active Super has an agreement with Flare HR Pty Ltd to feature on the panel of advertised funds within Flare HR’s super selection screen.

Flare HR performs an administrative function in providing information completed by you to both your employer for the purposes of on-boarding, and to Active Super for the purposes of verifying whether you hold an existing account, or for the purposes of creating a new account at your request. This information is then passed back to your employer so that your superannuation contributions can be made into the correct account.

2. Platform Fee

To compensate Flare HR for the inclusion of the Active Super Accumulation Scheme Application Form within the Flare Platform and for the advertising, administration and technology services, Active Super has agreed to pay a one-off fee of $225 for each new member that joins Active Super via the Flare HR platform. This fee is only payable after a new member’s account receives either a contribution or a roll-in from another super fund. The fee is at no additional direct cost to you.
