Digital Producer

We’re on the look-out for a rock star digital producer who will support our strategic digital projects and improve our members’ experiences online. 


Responsibilities

  • Support the design, build, implementation of digital initiatives and platforms to improve the Active Super digital member experience 
  • Manage all Active Super digital assets including public website, secure member portal and app
  • Support the implementation of new martech platform
  • Monthly reporting via digital analytics
  • Liaise with agencies and suppliers on tracking setup and management
  • Develop and optimise email templates

Skills 

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CMS and web standards
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS would be preferred 
  • Sound knowledge of digital tools, strategies and channels
  • A good eye for design and an understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
  • Sound knowledge of digital analytics (eg Google Analytics)
  • Strong organisational skills, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Experience

  • A minimum of four years’ experience in a similar role 
  • Experience developing digital products/initiatives, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Proven experience managing website and intranet
  • Proven experience building and optimising email templates 
  • Financial services experience would be preferred
  • Industry certifications in IT/digital eg. UI/X or human centric design will be highly regarded
