This NSW long weekend we’ll be upgrading Member Online (including the app) to support some important changes we’re making to our investment options.  

As a result, the site will be down from 5.00pm on Thursday 30 September to the morning of Wednesday 6 October (AEST)

You’ll be able to access your account and all your Member Online services once we’re back online. 

ARE YOU A RETIREMENT OR DEFINED BENEFIT SCHEME MEMBER?


This interruption doesn't affect you. You can still access your account online.



while the site IS down

You can still make changes to your account by completing a form and emailing it to us. For example, you can:

Update your personal contact details, including adjusting your pension amount/frequency

Accumulation and Account-Based Pension members
Guaranteed Income members

Make an investment switch on your account

Accumulation Scheme members
Account-Based Pension members


Withdraw funds from your account

Account-Based Pension members
