Lifecycle Marketing Manager

We’re on the lookout for a rockstar Lifecycle Marketing Manager who’s responsible for executing the member journey to increase engagement and value of Active Super members, as well as the execution of Active Super’s digital marketing plan.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle campaigns: Support the design, build, implementation of the Active Super member journey and be responsible for its ongoing management and reporting 
  • Plan and execute tactical digital campaigns and initiatives, including paid ads, social media, and web content alongside agencies 
  • Manage organic social content and grow our social media following
  • Take ownership and end to end management of paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads with the support of external agency
  • Email management: End-to-end management of email comms such as Active Insights, event and webinar invitations, and product updates (including print when necessary) 
  • Any other ad hoc tasks and marketing support as required 

Skills 

  • Deep understanding of customer journeys 
  • An understanding of the marketing channel mix (with a focus on digital channels) and their functions, content requirements and success metrics of each
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms as well as the world of paid ads including Google AdWords, social ads, display, programmatic, etc.
  • Experience in managing social media content through platforms such as Social Sprout 
  • A good eye for design and an understanding of UI/UX basic principles and best practices
  • Sound knowledge of Google Analytics 
  • Strong organisational skills, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance priorities

Experience

  • A minimum of four years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in marketing automation 
  • Proven experience in planning and executing customer journeys and digital campaigns, including paid search and social ads with a focus on both acquisition and engagement 
  • Proven experience managing and growing social media presence
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Financial services experience would be preferred
